Payment is required within one week of booking to secure your entry.

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
• If your dog comes into season (heat), becomes unwell, or unforeseen circumstances prevent you from completing the course, we will transfer your booking to the next available class at no additional cost. This also applies if these circumstances arise within 7 days of the class start date.
• If you need to cancel your booking, a full refund will be provided up to 7 days before the class start date.
• If you are unable to attend within 7 days of the class starting, we will transfer your booking to the next available class or hold the fee as a credit for up to 12 months.
• Requests for a cash refund within 7 days of the class start date may require a veterinary or medical certificate. Alternatively, members may submit their circumstances to the Committee for consideration. Refunds or credits granted due to extenuating circumstances are at the sole discretion of the Committee
• If, within the first few weeks of attending, our instructors determine that your dog would be better suited to specialist training, we will provide a full refund of your course fee.
